Q. Whenever I do a search
or attempt to register I get a 'Page Not Found'
error.
A
. This is an unusual problem and
should not happen regularly. It could be that you are
using a non-compatible browser. The minimum
requirements are Microsoft Internet Explorer IE7+, Mozilla FireFox 9+ or Google Chrome. If
your browser
does not meet the minimum requirements please
update.
An alternative is that the time lag from your request
to response from the database 'times out' on your
browser. Try logging on with a faster Internet
connection, or accessing the site in non-peak Internet
times.
Let us know if the problem continues and we will
investigate in greater depth.

Q. After I click on the
Job Title and view the advertisement details, I
press 'Back' to continue the search. I then get a
message saying 'Warning Page has Expired'. I then
have to begin the search again from jobs 1 - 10.
At this stage I may be at jobs 51 - 60 so I have
the inconvenience of having to start again from
the beginning.
A
. All searches are conducted through
a database. The 'Warning - Page has Expired' message
appears because you have used the 'Back' button on your
web browser. Do not use this button to return to the
list. You will find that the job advertisement has a
back button at the top and bottom of the page. Use one
of these buttons to return to your list.
